Watch Together Project: You’re Not Alone - Is Anybody Out there?

Together, teens and parents will watch the animated short “Is Anybody Out There?” This story follows a teen, unsure if anyone would notice if he disappeared. Families will explore the warning signs of depression and suicidal thoughts, how to respond when someone might be in crisis, and why even a single caring conversation can be life-saving. In this interactive session, parents and teens will leave prepared to check in with those they care about, ask direct questions, and connect friends or loved ones to help and hope.
